Here we have an workstation with the SAP GUI in the same release of others workstations.
Happens that when user access transaction FV60 and carry out an print through of menu in tool bar -> Customize local Layout->hard copy.
The box with menu is showed.
How can I remove this box of prints?

Hello,
I have a problem starting my SAP instance. When I go to MMC and start the instance with nspadm user, the instance first starts and goes to status green, but after a short period it goes to yellow, in process list I see 2 processes:
- msg_server.EXE (MessageServer -> running)
- disp+work.EXE (DIspatcher -> Running but Dialog Queue standstill)
The instance was running fine for a month now but then when I was in SAP GUI and the system was compiling one of the transactions it suddenly stopped in the middle of compile (it did not respond, canceling the transaction did not help, when I restarted the instance the problem was there).
I created a system restore from early image and it was working fine for some time, but then stopped again in the process of compiling some other SAP transaction (not the same one as before). I created another restore and the same story again, this time it stopped while I was trying to activate one of my own abap programms.
I was looking at the log files, but can't figure out what is going on. My system is a developer version of SAP 7.2 installed locally on a Windows 7 Professional Edition, I have enabled the localhost adapter and for a while it looked ok.
Can anyone please help, I am quite new to this...

I want to know if there is a way to access CI or App of the portal without the load balancer so we can logon with Administrator user.

In SAP WEB console we use login via URL f.e. to login in client 001 and server servA.dom1.dom2 with username user1 and password pass12345 we use next URL

now we try go to ITSmobile and for sapserver sapserv1
but it not work propertly. Instead open generated form for first screen are opened logon window. Why logon wia URL doesn`t work?

In our landscape we have webgui, several java and bo portals. We would like to access all these from internet with help of sap router string. After going through i understand we need to install web dispatcher. I just wanted to know
1. does this web dispatcher machine need to have public ip?
2. Web dispatcher machine and sap router machine can be same?
3. What will router string for portal if im using it from internet?

Check if server is started, access point for the protocol is available, and IP/Host name is accessible on network.. Check if the host and port specified are correct and AS Java is up and running.

We are getting the following connection error while creating a new forwarding order in SAP TM 8.0
It works fine for few operations in freight order creation, but when moving to "Charge Calculations" tab this error arises.
Have maintained icm/host_name_full & icm/server_port_0 correctly. Are we missing anything else...

terminated because it has
come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.

What can you do?
Note down which actions and inputs caused the error.
To process the problem further, contact you SAP system
administrator.
Using Transaction ST22 for ABAP Dump Analysis, you can look
at and manage termination messages, and you can also
keep them for a long time.

Error analysis
An exception occurred that is explained in detail below.
The exception, which is assigned to class 'CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL', was not
caught in
procedure "SET_IMAGE_SOURCE" "(METHOD)", nor was it propagated by a RAISING
clause.
Since the caller of the procedure could not have anticipated that the
exception would occur, the current program is terminated.
The reason for the exception is:
You attempted to use a 'NULL' object reference (points to 'nothing')
access a component.
An object reference must point to an object (an instance of a class)
before it can be used to access components.
Either the reference was never set or it was set to 'NULL' using the
CLEAR statement.

How to correct the error
Probably the only way to eliminate the error is to correct the program.

If the error occures in a non-modified SAP program, you may be able to
find an interim solution in an SAP Note.

To save the description, choose "System->List->Save->Local File
(Unconverted)".
2. Corresponding system log
Display the system log by calling transaction SM21.
Restrict the time interval to 10 minutes before and five minutes
after the short dump. Then choose "System->List->Save->Local File
(Unconverted)".
3. If the problem occurs in a problem of your own or a modified SAP
program: The source code of the program
In the editor, choose "Utilities->More
Utilities->Upload/Download->Download".
4. Details about the conditions under which the error occurred or which
actions and input led to the error.

Dear All,
One of our Windows server in which SAP systems (Sandbox) installed was rebooted accidentally by Windows Admin team. We see that SAP nodes are missing from MMC after reboot.
I’ve registered the services ( SAP<SID>_<NR>) again. Then system nodes are appearing on MMC screen now
But, one system node (Java system) has appeared with all subnodes ( like database,syslog,…) but another system node (ABAP) doesn’t contain any database, syslog subnodes.
I have registered services and dll files several times and rebooted Windows server but in vain.
I’ve already referred to below forums and notes but none of them worked fine.

I am configuring SSL for LDAP connection in SAP NW CE 7.3. My LDAP is Microsoft Active Directory 2012 from where I downloaded the root certificate. Then I navigated to NWA - Certificate & Keys - Trusted CAs - Import Entry where I imported the certicate in X509 format. However when I 'Validate Configuration' in NWA - Identity Management - LDAP Server, I get below error:
Validation failed. Technical detail: No connection to the ldap server: <server>:636 CausePeer certificate rejected by ChainVerifier RootCause:Peer certificate rejected by ChainVerifier
I'm doubting maybe the certificate is not valid. Can you please advise how to resolve this.

I am doing ECC 6.0 (Oracle 11.2.0.1.0 version ). Non-Unicode system kernel upgrade, here i am getting trouble to update kernel level from 701 patch level 150 to Kernel 720 patch level 402( as shown in below ). Please help me which kernel level is suitable for non-Unicode systems is there any prerequsites are there for this kernel version 720 for non-unicode systems.

I have entry in our CRM outbound queue with status READY & destination as NONE & two LUW within it with status "Transaction recorded", this queue needs to transfer data from CRM to ECC.
I am trying to activate the queue & while activating the queue I try to change the destination from NONE to ECCCLNT100 & then below window pops up & it does nothing.

I am trying to install a PAT file in a system and get the following error while installing.
'Conflicts between Add-on XYZ 6.10 and other components'
Here, the problem is, we have a software component ABC earlier, and we decided on changing the software component name to XYZ and created a new PAT file. So while installing this PAT file, it errors out saying conflict between components.
what we could do here to keep the new name ?

I have a strange requirement. I am working on a Project which needs to go on Dual Maintenance. So, that means I am going to have two Dev. environments and further down segregated separate QA but targeting one Prod. Now my requirement is I need a tool which can move Transports between these two Dev. environments (lets call them A and B)... Note: They are not linked in the Transport Layer. I am fine if the BASIS is to be involved and they import the files.
Earlier I have worked with ADP on implementing some changes with SAP and I know they have a tool through which they make a HTML and some other format files and that can be imported into SAP environment and converted to the Environment TR.
Could you please suggest and tell me if you have come across any tool that can create these HTML files and we import in the other system ? Points will be given for all relevant answers accordingly...
