We are using HP Output Management system version 4.1 on a SAP ECC 4.7 system(Quality). When prints are given from SAP to printers configured in HPOMS, even if printouts are successful, the spool request won't go ahead of 'Waiting in host spooler' status. The status in the Job Tracker at HPOMS admin client implies that the job has finished successfully, but still the spool status shows 'Waiting in host spooler' and stays that way. The callback is not working, from HPOMS to SAP. Callback is checked in LOMS settings.
We have similar configuration in our Development system(ECC 4.7 again), which uses HPOMS 4.1(another installation). LOMS and ROMS configurations are similar in Dev and Quality system. And no issues exist in Dev system.
Please suggest how to fix this.
