Error SUM Tool phase PREP_SPACECALC/TR_GET_SPCREQ_ADD

Hi all

We are perfoming a stack update on SAP ERP 6.0 and got an error during phase PREP_SPACECALC/TR_GET_SPCREQ_ADD:

meaning:

  A tool used by tp terminated for unknown reasons

Any idea what could be happening?
