Hello,
Some weeks ago we migrated our SAP systems (ERP 6.0 with SAP_APPL=18; SAP_BASIS=28) to a new platform (the old platform = Windows Server 2003 (x64) with MS SQL Server 2005) Windows Server 2012 (x64) with MS SQL Server 2012.
But we don´t know why, but most users complain about the SAP system performance, they tell us that is slow!
The server has 12Gb of RAM memory and 21.5Gb of SWAP.
I checked the ST02 and I see the following values:
I also checked the RZ10 (instance SAP profile):
icm/server_port_0 PROT=HTTP,PORT=80$$

Tell me one thing, how can I check which memory that is reserved for MS SQL Server database? I believe that value, on SAP system, the memory that is reserved for SAP system is the value that is set in parameter PHYS_MEMSIZE, which is by default in this moment 12287 (12Gb), which is the same RAM memory of server.
I don´t know what´s happen here... can you tell me with your own experience and give some advices with the goal of improving system performance, if there are some problems/errors, in your opinion, with the above values. Can you make me some recommendations, what I need to do to improve the performance of this SAP system?
Kind regards,
samid raif
