error during PI7.3EHP1 installation

Hi  Basis Gurus,

We are building a fresh PI 7.3 SYSTEM with solaris 5.10 and oracle 11.2.0.2.While reaching the last phase(DEPLOY PHASE) we got an error and let me know your valuable inputs too

You can now:

Choose Retry to repeat the current step.

Choose Log Files to get more information about the error.

Stop the option and continue with it later.

Log files are written to /tmp/sapinst_instdir/NW731/ORA/INSTALL/NW731/ORA/STD/AS.


I have restarted td the system and started the old installation again and is stuck at this particular phase too
