Jlaunch not working

Hi

I installed Redwood 8.0 on NW 7.3

I choose the below Usage type

The  install was successful,  but and Redwood URL is working perfectly ok.

But when i go to Useradmin tab i get this

I do not see any jlauch session on my server, also when i do jcmon i get this

Can you plz suggest a soluiton
