TP error in SPAM

I am getting below error during import of packages

Error in phase: XPRA_EXECUTION

Reason for error: TP_STEP_FAILURE

Return code: 0008

Error message: OCS Package SAPK-60705INEAHR, tp step "R", return

code 0008

I have Kernel 721 -sp 300

Plz find attached the SLOG, ULOG and SAPK-60705INEAH import log.
