SAP SOLMAN .1 Technical monitoring for background job

Hi All

In our landscape already technical monitoring has been enabled ( SOLMAN 7.1), now i want to monitor the particular background job failed notifications for CRM systems.

I think need to create a new template for particular background job monitor, Please explain this process.
