TMS Alert - READ_DOCU_FAILED

All the transports are being transported from DEV--> QA --> PRD.

Everything works fine except we get the following Alert when we double clik on the transport "Short Text" column on STMS PRD Import Queue(Buffer). It even works when i double click on other columns like Request, Clt,Owner.

Command --> TMS_MGR_READ_TRANSPRT_REQUEST

Service    --> Workbench Organizer

Start         --> Online

Function  --> TMS_WBO_READ_REQUEST

Message --> READ_DOCU_FAILED

Any Idea.
