can see the non existing Instance in the config tool

Hello All,

for one my Java systems, I can see additional instance in the config tool which doesn't exists.

Can any one tell me from where config tool will pick the instance info, If I wan't to remove this non-existing instance entry from the system what should I do. is there any harm in having non-existing instance in the config tool.
