Estimate time for Client copy by SCC8 & STMS &SCC7

Dears,

Now we plan to perform client copy from one system to another system.

I plan use SCC8 to export , then use STMS to transport , last import by SCC7.

Who implemented it before ? Could you please tell me the spending time for every step ?  Then I could make a time plan for this.

And any thing need to pay attention for client copy by this way ?
