How to check role assigned to user ID.............

Hi all,

I have a query from user like ,She needs to check the role assigned to user ID XXX

but the user ID has been deleted from all the systems ie development,quality and also in quality.

So,is there any alternate way to check the role assigned to particular User ID XXX

If so please help me with process to be followed.
