SSO error

Hi,

We are trying to configure the SSO between one SRM system and one portal . when we perform the connection test from the portal , it's failing.

In the logs on the portal we can see this error  :

     Failed in creating the JCO connection

And on the JCO trace:

      This system rejects all logons using SSO tickets.

On the SRM we already set the SSO parameters:

login/accept_sso2_ticket 1

login/create_sso2_ticket 2

Please could someone assist? We don't have more ideas
