Fastest and easiet way to assign roles to user in SU01

Hi all,

May I know what is the fastest and easiest way to assign a long list of roles to users ?

Normally I will have a long list of roles in a spreadsheet, I execute SU01 --> Roles Tab , copy the list of roles from spreadsheet and paste them in the columns. There are only 12 columns, so if I have 36 roles to be assigned to user, I have to copy 3 times.

pls share and advise.
