Homogenous system Copy version

I am doing a homogenous system copy of my PRD erp system. The copy is being performed using the Oracle backup/restore procedure. If my Basis version is SAP Basis 731 when running SUM what do I select of the options available,

Netweaver 7.0 including Enhancement Package 3

Netweaver 7.0 including Enhancement package 2.

Before anyone sends me a quick "the answer is obvious stupid" reply I remember there is a SAPNOTE that specifys which version to select in SUM so the answser is not the obvious one. I just can't find the thing.
