SOAMANAGER points to the old system

Hi Experts,

I have just refreshed our development  system, DV1 to make 2nd development environment i.e. DV2
After system refresh when I tried to run SOAMANAGER on DV2 , I get webdynpro http login  prompt from DV1

I guess I am missing some step with my refresh , please help
