I'm having an error ORA-01555 snapshot too old in my R3 production system when performing son BW processes.
My Oracle release is 11.2.0.3 and of course we have Automatic Undo Management.
My undo_retention parameter is 7200 (I have tried with less, but the error is the same). the size of the PSAPUNDO tablespace is 50Gb, with two datafiles of 20Gb, and one of 15Gb and I think this size shoud be enough.
It seems all the things are ok, but I have noticed that I have 40 rollback segments, but only 20 are online, the other 20 have status offline. Is this right? Do you have any idea? These are some of my rollback segments, online and offline:
