system copy Primary app installation error

Hi Everyone,

I have recently completed a system copy for my ECC systm. it went well but at the end of the primary application server installation,sapinst gave the following error. but i can see the system came up fine and i was able to login and check everything . bu not sure why this error coming and what to do to resolve this.

can somebody help me understand and fix this issue please?

      for SAP NetWeaver 7.3 > MS SQL Server > System Copy > Target System >
      Distributed System > Based on AS ABAP > Primary Application Server
      Instance( Last error reported by the step: Unable to generate function
      interface. Error message: Error when reading the function module
