SPAM process very slow in phase IMPORT_PROPER

SPAM process is very slow in importing STACK on ECC6 EHP4 system; is there any way to speed it up.

these are the steps i did:

1. Increased Background process number using parameter

2. Increased RAM to 32gb from 16gb

3. ran command to update stats on MSSQL server and restarted server again

is there anything else i can do to improve performance?
