Hardware capacity checks could not be run successfully due to missing data

Hi ,

we are facing issue  that the hardware utilization data is missing  in  SAP EWA report ( selection 4.2).

4.2 Hardware Utilization Data

Hardware capacity checks could not be run successfully due to missing data. See SAP Note 1309499 .

We have checked the SNOTE : 1309499 hardware utilization data is missing in EWA report.  According to the note  have mentioned about saphost agent and saposcol should run to get the hardware information.

We checked both are running fine . Even we have checked  the files are generated correctly by using SAPOSCOL in dialog mode (saposcol -d) with 'ask Hardware' and 'ask HardwareXML'. Its seems that everything look fine. But still the data is missging.

kindly help on this.
