customized information available on the screen for customized transactions

Hello Expecrts,

I am from BASIS team (with no coding knowledge :-()

Our ABAPers had developed few customized transactions - If end users use them with caution they will work perfectly fine

However, there are few occassions that users had given wrong inputs in the T-code which created issues like - Lock table overflow / memory utilization...blah blah

I was just wondering if we have any option to have a information on the screen in the same T-Code with instructions?

I would like to have the same option for some standard T-Codes also like STAD which are resource consuming when searched data for long time duration

I know how to chnage the image on logon screen but not the above, please help?
