SUM troubles - phase Specify user credentials

Hi gurus

in phase "Specify user credentials" I get "provided credentials are either incorrect or note should be applied 927637".

Checked notes 1563660,927637,1600846

without success:

sapcontrol -nr 0 -user xxxxxx yyyyyy -function AccessCheck Start

Add service/protectedwebmethods=NONE in the instance and(if required) in other profiles and restart sapstartsrv service and then resume SUM.

result:

cscappwin057:soeadm 55> sapcontrol -nr 0 -user soeadm soeadm01 -function AccessCheck Start

but in SUM:

   
    Error: The Software Update
    Manager cannot continue with the current settings. Proceed as follows:
1.
    In the instance profile of instance 0 of host xxxxxxxx, change the
    service/protectedwebmethods property from NONE to DEFAULT .
2. In a
    command prompt or PowerShell, restart the SAP start service (sapstartsrv)
    by using the following command:
sapcontrol -nr 0 -function
    RestartService

With mentioned setting

service/protectedwebmethods DEFAULT -> error as described in line 1

Any idea ?
