disp+work error when I start the SAP system

OS: Windows Server 2008

DB: MS SQL Server 2008

SAP system: SAP ERP 6.0 EHP6

I´m with an error when I try to start the SAP system SDV.

The disp+work is stopped with gray color!

When I try to open the SQL Management Studio with sdvadm (<sid>adm) it show me the following error:

I ran the command R3trans -x in command prompt:

C:\>r3trans -x

This is r3trans version 6.24 (release 720 - 08.07.13 - 20:13:05 ).
