We are in the process of updating EHP7 from EHP6 using SUM1.0SP12. During Preprocessing phase- 'MAIN_SHDPREPUT/PARDISTPRE_SHD' we got stuck with following error.

now R3trans -d returns 12.

Now we can connect to shadow instance-02 but not to our R/3 instance. Trans log says kernel 721 mismatch with DBSL libraries.
Kindly suggest.
