4.6 upgrade : problem with mopz stack xml generation

Dear friends,

I am getting a problem where i am observing problems in step Select Stack-Dependent files while generation stack xml file.

Source - 4.6C

Target- EHP6 for ERP6

I am observing it has selected all files in this step.. for example IS-H, IS-OIL.. IS-UT, INSURENCE. however in step Select Target step i had not selected any thing extra and only Central applications were selected.

please suggest if this is correct ?
