Path missing in DMS Basic Data Work Instruction after Client copy

Hi Everyon,

I recently performed client copy between Production to Trest system. It was a remote client copy and  the SCC3 log shows no error but in transaction CV04n when the functional people check the documents, the original path of all the documents seem to be missing (see pic atttached) after the client copy. when we checked the documents in Prodution, everything is visible.

Is there any setting we should normally do after the clinet copy? why it is not coming when everything else is copied.
