I am getting an error while opening Service Registry
java.rmi.RemoteException: TransportBindingException during request to UDDI Invalid Response code (401). Server returned message . Http proxy info: Http proxy 10.XXX.71.YYY:80 used for host http://XXX:60000/uddi/api/inquiry/

I have gone through many blogs and Note 1113811 but not able to solve the error .
As per blogs Suggestion :- Service Registry is not configured properly .
So i configured the Service Registry by Configuration Wizard :- Connection Configuration to Central Service Registry.
but now i m not getting any option of "START, RESUME,RE-EXEUTE" as it is showing currently executing so please let me know how to stop this and start again and how to solve the issue .
