Error - After Applying HRSP's

Hi there,

I have just tried to load two HRSP's via SPAM in our DEV system.

I have got past the SPAU/ and SPDD stage.

It has now fallen over from what I can gather the import stage. Screen shot below

Any ideas anyone?
