Table to find & link source& target system

Kindly help me to find table for source & target system dynamically?

Scenario :

we are hardcoded in target system in one function module that creates TR automatically . Can anyone help us to find a table for target system so that we can dynamically fetch the target system.Kindly help us to provide table for target & source system.
