Hi Experts,
We have a SAP SRM currently running with 18,000 SAPS for 19,500 users thereof ca. 650-700 concurrent users (logged in at the same time).
Web platform is working with auto logout timer of 1,800 sec. = 30 min.
User is now asking for impacts of an increase of the max. idle time before auto logout.
What if the timer paramater is increased a) to 45 min and b) to 60 min before auto logout?
The system would likely require more hardware ressources since more users are concurrently logged in.
How many additional SAPS would be estimated to cover options a) and b)? And what would be additional costs for SAP Hosting?
We are asked the above questions by our user I would like to know how we SAP BASIS determine if additional hardware is required and how to know the cost?
