IGS cannot display map in portal

We have configured IGS to connect GIS in order to show the map in ESS travel management.

Menu path is in portal7.4 : ESS (webdynpro) ->travel and expenses->find route->compute distance->no map is shown.

I attached the reproduce steps.

I did extensive trace in following areas while reproducing this problem:

1) portal entire trace increased to "ALL";

2) highest SAP gateway trace at SMGW;

3) highest SAP ICM trace at SMICM

4) RFC, SQL, HTTP trace at ST05.

None of above has visible error.

IGS itselfs has passed all tests and it's running well.
