Import ABAP Error During SAP ERP Installation.

Dear Expert,

I am installing SAP ERP6.0 EHP7, during installation i received an error(Please find the attached picture) at import ABAP, further going through i got two SAP Notes,

1898521 - Process list grows after ORA-01017; ORA-00020

Solution: Use an R3load with at least the patch number specified in this SAP Note.

2074445 - R3load: Possible memory overwrite during Unicode migration of cluster tables

apply new kernel patch level.

Please help me, how can i install new kernel patch level? do i have to install SAP ERP again, with new parameters like new kernel patch ?
