Transport Request to QAS clients?

Hi Gurus,

I have received 200+ TR list(Transport requests) from functional teams (all requests are customization) and they want me to move/transport these TRs in QAS (Client 300, 310 and 320).

I have few doubts here:

1. Do I need to ADD them manually one by one in QA in all clients ? (Requests are CUSTMIZATION and TRANS directory is not shared and different for DEV, QAS and PRD ).

2. When they say to TRANSPORT or MOVE it in QA , is that mean IMPORT also?

3. How to do it? and which TCode ? is that STMS and then ADD to buffer and then IMPORT?

Please guide at high level.
