Any possible ways to decrease runtime of Create Unicode Nametabs in SPUMG - Unicode Nametabs step during non unicode to unicode migration

We are trying to do Non-unicode to unicode migration.

During the pre-steps, step Unicode Nametabs creation is taking more time.

Any possible ways to decrease runtime for Create Unicode Nametabs in SPUMG - Unicode Nametabs step during non unicode to unicode migration..
