Please help about users cannot run some T-code via SAPROUTER

Hi Consultants,

We have about 100 Users(from branches) running SAP via SAPROUTER (SAPGUI 7.3, SAPROUTER 7420.111 ) daily.

There are some T-codes these users cannot run, it often take very long time and not show the result, they can run other T-codes normally.But internal users (in LAN) can run these T-code, even via SAP ROUTER, it take about 5-6 minutes to complete.

There connections from them to us is very good, we were test it by the ping command.

Could you please kindly help us resolve this, maybe there are something wrong with our SAPROUTER parameters but we don't known.
