Contractual User Type is not visible in SU01

I have some questions regarding Contractual User Type, please help:

1) In transaction USMM, I can get Contractual User Type information in 'User classification'. But I cannot find this information in SU01 tab 'Licence data', why this happen?

2) I can find different Contractual User Type for different user type. For example, dialog user with Contractual User Type 'Test', communication and system user without Contractual User Type. Where I can config for different user have different default Contractual User Type?

3) In transaction USMM--- Price List, the default user type is empty, but why all dialog user with Contractual User Type 'Test' in 'User classification' report?
