S/4 Vs Hana on cloud

Hi

My project wants to move their application and database on cloud and move the database on Hana as well.

They plan to go to S/4 as well , but to my knowledge , S/4 has only Finance module developed till now and other modules would are being developed

Does any one know the path forward for S/4 ?

Is moving to Hana the first step to going to S/4?? is there a path by which we can directly go to S/4?
