Shadow instance could not be started SUM 5.5 Processing

Hi all

I am updating solution manager, and faced with error in step 5.5 Processing:

The log files are attached to post.

I have check the posts with similar problems where the problem was PageFile(Swap). I check in OS level my page file is loaded only 40%.

I think the problem is here:

*** ERROR => e=28 semget(20465,1,2016) (28: No space left on device) [semux.c      499]

But I cant understand, all my devices(disks ram swap) are utilized 40-50%.
