Unable to take online backup in disk oracle 10g with AIX

Hello All,

We are facing backup issue in oracle 10g with AIX, we are unable to take online backup.

all parameters in initSID.sap are correct and not able to take backup in disk using brtools as well as via DB13.

Also run compression rate update but no luck.
