Will SAP GRC 10.0 run on ABAP 7.40?

Hello SAP experts,

we are planing to use SAP GRC 10.0 (not 10.1).

The master guide for SAP GRC 10.0 says 7.02 would be minimum, if we understood correctly.

Is GRC going to run on ABAP 7.40?

This is not clear to me, when I study the master guide.
