Exported web services are only supported with addon CTS_PLUG

Hi experts,

I'm in the middle of configuring CTS+, but I encountered an issue.
In SLG1, I notice the error as below:

Function GET_DEFAULT_REQUEST@001 is starting

Export Web Services are only supported with add-on CTS_PLUG

Function GET_DEFAULT_REQUEST@001 is finishing

I have already patched CTS_PLUG 200 to the latest patch.

Any idea why is this happening?
