disp+work stopped

Hi,

Incident :

Upon starting instance in SAP MMC the disp+work is stopped due to bad dialog queue.

Opinion : I assume that SAP is not connected to database MS SQL 2008. is there a way I can add a parameter for r3trans or environmental variable to connect the database. Please advise or maybe there are other solutions that can help

Note : Already checked the profile

          Already done with kernel upgrade

          Already checked the hostfile.

None of the suggestion works the assumed above is only option.
