Recently we generated USMM reports in all our dev and prd servers. Actually we have 30 user licenses in our ecc prod for crm 150 bi 10 and pi 10.
In all servers multi logons are there. But heavily in our ECC prod server. Finally as per EULA policy they send the final price. In ecc we have only 30 but after audit the figure changed to total 89 users (including multilogons. We exceeded 8 users on 30 means 38. But sap finally said with multilogons we are using extra 59 users. They send huge amount in final billing. Here my doubt is on what basis will they calculate the price? Will they calculate the same price for newly created user / multilogon also. Any one please give clarity regarding on this.
