ZDATE_ILLEGAL_LOCTIME Internal kernel error

Dear Gurus,

We are facing  ZDATE_ILLEGAL_LOCTIME error.

As per SAP Note 447839, we check that there is no inconsistency between SAP time and server time. We have also restart the DB(SQL Server) and SAP system
