SAP Help Library Configuration Problem

Hi Experts,

We have trying to install SAP Help Library,

Our server is Linux, we installed SAP Library using SWPM, created a file "saphelp" in file system. It down successfully,

After that using windows frond end system try to configure it. Using the follow methods,

1. Tcode - SR13

2.New Entry

2. HtmlHelpFile

Variant - SAP HELP FILE

Platform - WN32

Area - IWBHELP

Path - //linux server IP/saphelp/HTMLHELP

lan - EN

After this create Request and save , then go to HELP----> Settings------>Application help and select area.

After that trying to access SAP Help, Showing the error,

Can any one please help me to resolve this issue, i search a lot but cant find any suitable solution, awaiting for your earliest replay,
