After installation of SAPKB74013, many function modules have no source code

Hi everybody,

after installtion the SAPKB74013 we get many system dumps. When i checked, I found that the system dump come from function modules. These function module modules have no source code. Completly blank.

For example function module "PRGN_CHK_CLIENT_CUST_SETTING"

At a secondSAPsystem with the same service pack, the functional module are ok. the source code is filled. Is there a solution to install the sp14?
