change title email (delivery papers)

Hi,

I'm sending via email a Z output for delivery papers and I need the email's object and the attachment name to be specified (M-15 + delivery note number).

So far I am receiving the email with this object:

systemname+spool number:;delivery note number

How can I avoid the system name and the spool number?

How can I influence the attachment's name?
