rfcexec registration

Hello,

I'm trying to register rfcexec program, but I try to execute this command like as sidadm

rfcexec.exe -aPROGRFC -gHostgateway -xsapgw00

Then I get this message, but the library is under nwrfcsdk\lib\    folder

What can I do?
