Viewing historical disk utilization

Hi Gurus:

I want to see disk occupancy data during the last 30 days or more. Could you please tell me how do I see it from SAP application platform? For instance, I want an output as below:

Date                 Disk Utilization
10.03.2014      35%
11.03.2014      37%
12.03.2014      37.5%
13.03.2014      39%
14.03.2014      42%
15.03.2014      43%
