missing instances in sap management console

Hi dear all,

I´m running SAP ECC 6.0, Windows 2008 R2 + SQL server on a virtualized environment. Power went off 3 times and the servers powered off, after booting up them no more instances on the management console. I tried the tips from some links here but nothginh happening.

I tried OpenSCManager failed: 5, Access Deniedsaying

After that I tried to change the user sqaadm password and try again but nothing. Some one told me that this could be caused because the users doesn´t own the system, so I move on logon the server using the <SID>adm and I couldn't.

Please help.
